This is part of an intermediate series for children ages 10-14 seeking to hone their skills in the kitchen.
In this class we will be working with eggs. Versatile but sometimes difficult to master there will be a general discussion of the uses of eggs and the preparation of two to three different dishes.
While an intermediate course, students needn't have any prior cooking experience to enjoy this class.
The class will be held at BLVD Kitchen in Sherman Oaks.
